Raja Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation

This is not a passive yoga class. It is a practice that will challenge your patterns, sharpen your awareness, and change the way you move — through your body, and through your life.

I began practicing yoga long before I ever stood at the front of a room as a teacher. By the time I began teaching — twenty-three years ago — the practice had already shaped the way I understood myself, other people, and the world. That depth of immersion is what I bring to every class.

My work is rooted in direct experience — shaped by years of study with master teachers, a committed personal practice, and twenty-three years of guiding students through yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic medicine. These are not disciplines I merely practice. They are the work I most deeply love offering in this world.

My classes are built with intention. There is nothing random here, nothing one-size-fits-all. My methodical style of teaching will expose your bad habits — so they can be refined into strength, clarity, and awareness.

I weave traditional yogic philosophy with a grounded, intelligent approach to the body — supporting spiritual growth alongside the cultivation of a mind and form that feel aligned, resilient, and clear.

The results are simple, but profound.

A body that feels strong, open, and clean. A mind that is focused, present, and expansive. And a deeper connection to the Self — yes, the one with a capital S.
