RESERVATION POLICIES

All sessions and services must be scheduled in advance. Availability is limited and appointments are confirmed upon booking. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to accommodate other clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.

No-shows will be charged the full session rate.

CHECK-IN

Please arrive a few minutes early to your session to allow time to settle in. First-time clients may be asked to complete a brief intake form prior to the session.

FACILITIES

Services offered include therapeutic bodywork, Ayurvedic consultations, and private yoga & meditation sessions. Each session is tailored to the individual and designed to support overall well-being.

The environment is maintained to provide a calm, professional, and respectful space for all clients.

Ayurvedic consultations, yoga instruction, and bodywork are complementary practices. You are encouraged to consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns.

By participating in any services, classes, or practices offered, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

You agree to practice within your own limits and assume all risks associated with participation in any services or content provided. Kishan Shah and associated services shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation.

MEMBERSHIP & DIGITAL CONTENT

Membership provides access to online classes and content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Content may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Membership fees are billed as stated at the time of purchase and may be canceled at any time. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
